Auto-renewal billing
Your monthly membership renews on the 1st of each month. At that time, we will charge your credit card for a 60-minute or 90-minute session at our special rate, adding one monthly credit to your account. If you use up all your credits within the month and need additional sessions, those will be billed separately after each service at member’s rate.
Active Credit Card Status
Please keep your credit card details current to avoid service interruptions. We’ll notify you if there are issues. If your card expires by the next renewal, your membership may be canceled, requiring a re-registration fee to activate.

48-hour Cancellation Policy
Things happen, but it’s important to remember our 48-hour cancellation and no-show policies. We value both your time and our staff’s scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule, we highly recommend calling us at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow our therapists to fill that open time slot with another appointment. Please be aware that failing to cancel within the 48-hour window or not showing up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge for the service. Will I receive a prorated refund if I cancel my membership?
No. Monthly payments are applied to a specific massage session, not as a general subscription fee. For example, your 60-minute session is stored as a credit under your profile. Because of this, we don’t offer prorated refunds — your payment remains available as a session credit you can use later.
I have a 60-minute credit in my account. Can I upgrade my upcoming session to 90 minutes?
Absolutely! You’ll just pay the difference — the 30-minute upgrade will be charged at the member rate. When booking, please select “Reserved for Members Only – 90-Min Therapeutic Massage.” We’ll apply your 60-minute credit and charge your card for the additional 30 minutes.
