Is there a commitment period?

We don’t believe in contracts or hassle. You can cancel anytime. We have clients who have been with us since the beginning, some for 8 years. You can stop your membership and come back whenever you’re ready. We’re here for you whenever you need us.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

Share your membership with immediate family members by including their details in your booking notes (full name, unique email, and cell number). We’ll create individual accounts for them, transfer applicable credits, and send intake forms to keep medical records updated. Thank you for trusting us with your loved ones’ care.

Q/A - Membership Policy

Auto-renewal billing
Your monthly membership renews on the 1st of each month. At that time, we will charge your credit card for a 60-minute or 90-minute session at our special rate, adding one monthly credit to your account. If you use up all your credits within the month and need additional sessions, those will be billed separately after each service.

Active Credit Card Status
Please keep your credit card details current to avoid service interruptions. We’ll notify you if there are issues. If your card expires by the next renewal, your membership may be canceled, requiring a re-registration fee to activate.

Family booking

Using Credit Cards Among Family Members
We want to ensure a smooth experience for you and your loved ones. Since we don’t track who makes reservations within your family, please take a moment to communicate with each other to monitor credit card charges.

48-hour Cancellation Policy
Things happen, but it’s important to remember our 48-hour cancellation and no-show policies. We value both your time and our staff’s scheduled appointments.

If you need to reschedule, we highly recommend calling us at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow our therapists to fill that open time slot with another appointment.

Please be aware that failing to cancel within the 48-hour window or not showing up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge for the service.

Our staff’s time slots are crucial for efficiently serving other clients and patients.

Do I get a prorated refund upon canceling my membership?
No. Nothing is to be prorated because you are charged the service at the member’s rate. Your renewal is the first day of each month, and you can either have a 60-minute therapeutic massage at the member’s rate of $90 ($115 regular rate) or a 90-minute session at $135 ($160 regular rate). This fee is for specific services as part of our registered member program. Your membership renews monthly on the 1st, and any extra services will be billed at the member’s discounted rate. Therefore, there will be no prorated refund because it’s a service, not a monthly fee.

I want to upgrade my service from 60 to 90 minutes. Can we do that?
Of course, you will be charged the 30-minute upgrade equivalent to the member’s rate of 90 minutes.

Why don’t members get special offers or discounts when you have special announcements?
The 60—and 90-minute members rate is designed to be the best price our clinic can offer. Any flash sales are for regular clients only. That is why we encourage customers to join our monthly membership program.

One-time $49 Enrollment Fee
The enrollment fee is a one-time fee, not a yearly fee. Once you become a member, you can save up to $25 per service. If you decide to cancel your membership due to moving or other circumstances, your auto-monthly renewal billing will cease. The enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes, up to 3 months only in a year. It will auto-renew at the end of the three months, and your credit card must be in good standing.

What happens if I have extra credits in my profile account and decide to pause my membership?
If you have credit sessions left on your profile account and wish to use them to catch up, we can pause your membership for up to three months. And it will auto-renew on the first day of the fourth month.

What happens if I have extra credits in my profile account and decide to cancel my membership?
If you have credit sessions left on your profile account and wish to cancel your membership, we will convert any leftover credits into prepaid sessions at the member rates.
