- You’ll learn self-care techniques that you can use at home.
- We provide comfort touches like soothing music, soft lighting, a table warmer, and microfiber linens.
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy — a deeper tissue massage that releases muscle knots for pain relief. This practice is based on Dr. Janet Travell and Dr. David Simons. Dr. Travell was the physician of the former president John F. Kennedy. By using Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, we find the source of the pain to help relieve chronic pains you may be experiencing.
Treatments may also include hot/cold contrast therapy. Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy is good for conditions such as frozen shoulder, low back pains, carpel tunnel, tennis elbow or golf elbow, and IT bands to name a few.
