Pre-Appointment Notice for Massage & Wellness Services

Intake form

We kindly request that you complete the digital intake form sent to your email. This form is mobile-friendly and can be conveniently filled out on your phone. By completing it in advance, you ensure that your session—60, 90, or 120 minutes—is dedicated solely to your hands-on massage treatment. This also prevents any delays caused by filling out paperwork at our clinic.

Cancellation Policy / No-Show

Things happen, but it’s important to remember our 48-hour cancellation and no-show policies. We value both your time and our staff’s scheduled appointments. Our staff’s time slots are crucial for efficiently serving other clients and patients.

If you need to reschedule, we highly recommend calling us at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow our therapists to fill that open time slot with another appointment.

Please be aware that failing to cancel within the 48-hour window or not showing up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge for the service. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for all our clients.

Full Body Massage Etiquette

Arrive Promptly

We value your time and recognize the importance of our therapists’ carefully managed schedules. Our dedicated professionals are committed to your well-being, and each appointment is specifically reserved for you. Before commencing your session, the therapist will review your intake form and may seek additional information to ensure thorough preparation.

Dress Code for Massage Sessions

When you come in for a full-body massage, it’s truly important to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that lets you move freely. This is especially true if you’re having a Thai massage.

Please remember that what you wear can change based on the type of massage you’re getting. For example, during a therapeutic massage, your therapist might ask you to undress either partially or fully. Rest assured, you’ll have a private space to change and you’ll be properly covered with a sheet while on the table.

It is important to emphasize that your comfort remains our priority; hence, you are welcome to dress according to your personal preference without undue concern.

Communication is key

Make Sure To Speak Up About Your Preferences – Don’t be afraid to speak up during a massage session if you need something done differently or feel uncomfortable. If the pressure is too much or too little, your therapist can adjust it accordingly. Everyone has their comfort levels, no matter how good the therapist is.

After your session, your therapist may provide you with self-care ll what you’re to provide body maintenance e feeling if you don’t speak up. Don’t hesitate to ask for clarification—your journey to feeling better is worth it!

Embrace Your Therapist’s Suggestions

It’s great when your massage therapist asks which areas you’d like them to focus on and if there are any spots they should avoid. If you’re uncertain or don’t have specific requests, trust that your therapist can offer thoughtful suggestions based on your medical history and what will most benefit you. Remember, it’s all about open communication and sharing what you hope to achieve from the session.

Be Respectful Of Your Therapist

Your massage therapist is a professional and deserves to be treated as such. Be respectful of their time and do not try to extend your session beyond the allotted time. Also, never say or do anything rude or inappropriate, as it could make the experience very uncomfortable for both of you.

Do Not Eat Right Before A Massage

Eating right before a massage can make you feel bloated and uncomfortable, so it’s best to avoid doing so if possible. If you must eat something beforehand, choose a light snack such as fruit or some crackers.

Ensure Adequate Hydration

It is important to stay well-hydrated before and after your massage. Drinking water helps the body flush out toxins and waste products that may be released during the massage. However, try not to drink too much water right before your appointment to avoid having to interrupt the session for bathroom breaks.

Let’s Unplug your mobile phone and experience the Moment

Please turn off all phones and devices so that both you and your therapist can fully engage in your massage experience. Picture this: soothing music playing softly in the background, gentle lighting setting the perfect mood. The only thing missing? A loud ringtone! Let’s keep things serene and peaceful for everyone.

Remember To Tip

Tipping your massage therapist is a wonderful way to show your gratitude for their amazing service. Tipping about 15-20% of the total cost is a good guideline. Don’t forget to check if they prefer cash – it’s always good to know!

Oh, and one more thing for Sports Enthusiasts

If you’ve been participating in sports activities and are perspiring, please take a shower before your appointment. This ensures a more comfortable and hygienic experience for you and your therapist. Your consideration helps us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you!
