PalmLeaf Massage & Wellness is moving from MassageBook to Vagaro, providing our members with a faster, more streamlined scheduling experience.
If you were used to seeing services labeled “Reserved for Member” in MassageBook, you’ll notice those are gone. In Vagaro, you simply select the regular service you want. Your active membership and available points are applied through your Vagaro account.
How the 60-Minute Membership Works
If you are enrolled in our 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage Membership, your monthly payment is $90.
Each month:
You pay $90 → You receive one 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage valued at $115, or 115 points.
In Vagaro, 1 point = $1 in service value.
So when you book, simply select:
60-Minute Therapeutic Massage — Regular Price $115
At checkout, your membership provides 115 points to cover the service.
That means you receive a $115 massage for your $90 monthly membership payment — a $25 savings.
What Exactly Is the $90 Monthly Payment?
Your $90 monthly payment covers your 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage service.
It is not another enrollment fee.
The PalmLeaf Wellness Membership has a one-time $49 enrollment fee. After enrollment, your recurring $90 monthly payment provides your monthly 60-minute massage benefit.
The following month, your membership renews, and another 60-minute massage benefit is provided.
Want Another Massage During the Same Month?
Absolutely.
Members are not limited to one massage per month.
After using your monthly massage, you can schedule another 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage and continue receiving the $90 member rate, instead of the regular $115 price.
Depending on your available balance, you may pay the member price by credit card or use available membership points.
Your Points Give You Flexibility
One of the benefits of our new Vagaro system is that your membership value is easier to use.
Your membership points represent service value. For example:
$90 membership payment = 115 points = $115 service value
If you have available points in your account, they may be applied to eligible services in accordance with your membership benefits and PalmLeaf policies.
Unused membership benefits may also roll over for up to 12 months while your membership remains eligible under the program terms.
More Than Massage
Your PalmLeaf Wellness Membership gives you access to more than discounted therapeutic massage.
Active members also receive preferred member pricing on eligible services, including:
- Acupuncture
- Chiropractic Care
- Skin Health services
- Additional Therapeutic Massage appointments
Simply schedule the service you want. Your applicable member pricing will be reflected at checkout.
No More “Reserved for Member” Services
This is one of the biggest changes from MassageBook.
Old MassageBook System:
You may have searched for special “Reserved for Member” service options.
New Vagaro System:
Simply choose the actual service you want.
For example, select 60-Minute Therapeutic Massage instead of searching for a separate membership version of the service.
Vagaro recognizes your active membership, available points, and eligible member pricing through your account.
Existing PalmLeaf Members
If you are an existing PalmLeaf member moving from MassageBook, please make sure you activate and update your Vagaro account.
Once your membership is active in Vagaro, your membership benefits, available credits or points, and applicable member pricing can be managed through the new system.
It’s the same PalmLeaf membership—just a simpler way to use it.
Pay $90 → Receive your monthly 60-minute massage benefit valued at $115 → Book the regular service → Use your membership points at checkout.
And when you want additional care, your membership gives you access to preferred pricing across eligible PalmLeaf wellness services.
