4. Insurance, HSA & FSA
PalmLeaf does not accept or bill medical insurance. Therapeutic services may qualify for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on your healthcare plan. HSA/FSA cards are not accepted through our scheduling and payment system, so payment must be made with an accepted standard credit card. You may submit your PalmLeaf receipt to your HSA/FSA provider for possible reimbursement. Please consult your benefits provider to determine eligibility.
5. Email & SMS
With your permission, we may send promotional emails or text messages. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time using the instructions provided. Appointment confirmations, reminders, receipts, and other service-related communications may still be sent when necessary. Please review our SMS Policy for additional information.
